Return Policy

True Will is not accepting size exchanges. Please read the size chart listed in the product description prior to placing your order. The only returns accepted are those due to misprinted, damaged, or wrong items.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/wrong items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Submit your claim to Truewillshop@gmail.com before returning any items. Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and pictures of the product (if applicable).

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment is returned to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If items are returned due to a mistake made by the customer, they will be responsible for reshipment costs and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
